Customer Service Supervisor - Permanent Position, Delta, BC

Reporting to the Contact Center Manager, this person will lead a team of Customer Care Representatives responsible for handling customer service issues over the phone and online. This person will also be a point of contact for our business partners as well as any escalated concerns.

We require a customer service professional who is dedicated to improving customer relationships and maintaining our commitment to service excellence through coaching and mentoring of CSR’s.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 year experience in a supervisory/leadership role in a fast paced call center environment

Regional Installation Manager - Permanent Position, Vancouver, BC

Working as part of our Installations team, this person will be responsible for providing technical support to our Appliance Installers in the B.C. area.

Job Duties:

  • Reports to the National Installations Manager
  • Responsible for recruitment, selection and training of all Installers for BC
  • Regular communication between installers and scheduler/dispatcher to update and ensure timely schedule changes eg. Vacations, sick days etc.
  • Travel to installation sites to resolve technical issues and audit performance of installers
  • Regular checks to ensure all installers adhere to and meet provincial standards and regulations
  • Responsible to communicate regular relevant company information to all installers
  • Regular truck and personal appearance audits of Installers to ensure Miele standards are met
  • Moderate Travel required
  • Includes a Company owned Miele van and tools for business use

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience installing domestic appliances
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a team of technicians/installers
  • Ability to read and understand CAD (Domestic Kitchen) drawings
  • Electrical and/or Gas license through the BC Safety Authority a must
  • Working knowledge of the local building codes as they pertain to appliance installation (electrical, gas, construction)
  • Ability to lift and move heavy appliances greater than 100 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Appliance Service Certification an asset
  • Flexibility as there will be some travel

Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will lead the Marketing Communications team and will be responsible for all above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing communication materials (offline and online) including concept development, project management and execution in support of the following product categories: Major Domestic Appliances, Consumables, Acessories and Floorcare.

The Senior Manager of Marketing Communications will ensure constant and consistent execution of the brand in alignment with Marketing Communications International (MCI) and the global brand and product campaign developed by MCI in Gutersloh. The individual will manage the Marketing Communications team to ensure quality assurance, brand compliance across the organization and on-time delivery of all communication materials.

The ideal candidate will be creative, dynamic and forward thinking, with previous experience and passion for marketing a premium luxury brand.

Manager, Marketing Communications

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, this role will manage the day-to-day marketing campaign management for the product categories: Dishwashers, Laundry, Refrigeration and Floorcare. Working closely with Marketing Communications International in Germany, you will develop/adapt and execute all above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing communication materials (offline and online) for your respective product categories.

The Marketing Communications Manager will ensure consistent execution of the global product campaigns developed by Marketing Communications International (MCI) in Germany. You will work very closely with the Product Marketing Manager for Dishwashers, Laundry, Refrigeration and Floorcare in Canada to develop over campaigns that will drive category sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be creative and analytical, have a strong attention to detail, and brings a passion and desire to market for a genuine premium brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing

Technical (Bilingual) Support Specialist - Vaughan, ON - Permanent Position

Working as part of our Service Operations Team, this person will be responsible for providing technical support by telephone, on our domestic and commercial appliances to Miele Technicians and Authorized Service Agents in the field.

Eventually becoming a technical expert on Miele products, the successful candidate will also work closely with our Technical Manager, reporting on issues in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals
  • Some travel required within Canada, the U.S.A and/or abroad
  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Technical telephone support experience – troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to update and create technical bulletins
  • Flexible – able to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm however ability to work overtime as required, on-call 1-2 weekends per month

Data and Reporting Analyst – Service - Vaughan, ON

Reporting to the Director of Customer Service and Operations, this person will be responsible for analyzing customer service data in order to drive efficiencies and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key performance indicators and metrics
  • Develop and present business cases, supported by metrics relating to key business initiatives in the Customer and Consumer Services departments
  • Conduct market research; develop benchmarks and performance measures that support future strategic direction of service
  • Provide business decision support with analysis of manpower and resource utilization data
  • Conduct operational assessments/reviews of lines of business per product category, region alongside trend analysis
  • Assist in the Service Area business planning process

Reporting to the Installations Manager and working 35 to 40 hours per week, this position is ideal for individuals looking for stability with a world class organization.
Duties:

  • Assist with the delivery and installation of major appliances, such as domestic dishwashers, wall ovens, stove tops, coffee makers and laundry machines, in customer's home
