 Manufacturer Installation
We want your machine to work perfectly, from the first time you use it. So we install it in your home ourselves, with our fully Miele-dedicated service team. Installation can be organized within 48 hours of ordering, and your delivery is tracked with GPS so we can provide you with a nearly exact time of delivery.
Miele Pricing
Under Miele Canada's Chartered Agency (MCA) system, the contract for the purchase of appliances is now made directly between Miele Canada and you, the customer. While Miele Canada's network of Chartered Agents across the country facilitate and support the sale of Miele appliances to you, Miele Canada is the retailer of its products. Accordingly, Miele Canada establishes a national price guide with transparent and consistent pricing which is periodically enhanced by special product offers and promotions.
Factory-direct service
If you ever have a problem with your Miele machine, it's our own service technicians who take care of it. Most problems can be solved on the first visit, as we know the exact model you have and the parts you will likely need.
Extended warranty from the manufacturer
We want you to enjoy a long and trouble-free experience with our machines. In addition to the standard warranty, we offer an extended warranty that increases your hassle-free coverage to five years.
