Most Miele dishwashers employ an advanced drying system that draws room temperature air through a port at the bottom of the appliance. This air is disbursed through special channels around the exterior dishwasher cavity and allows the interior water particles to condense against the walls of the dishwasher.
During this process no external air is ever introduced inside of the dishwasher. This provides the most effective and hygienic drying possible.
Two in one: Split Cutlery Tray
The split cutlery tray is the height of user friendliness and convenience. Each part of the cutlery tray (which is divided 1/3 and 2/3) is individually removable to accommodate taller items in the upper basket by proving additional space. So, when you need to, you can remove one section and place long-stemmed glasses in the upper basket. The rest of the cutlery tray can then be filled as normal.
In Miele's unique cutlery tray, each item sits securely in its own slot. The clever arrangement of cutlery prevents contact between individual items thus avoiding all risk of scratching and allowing you to even wash your silverware in the same load without the risk of damage. What's more, all surfaces are efficiently washed and dried for perfect results. The removal of clean cutlery is also extremely convenient and hygienic since spoons, forks and knives can be taken out by the handle, ensuring all-round cleanliness.
Our water pumps, flow meters and spray arms are carefully engineered to provide the quietest, most advanced cleaning operation; including a unique sound proofing system, containing layers of insulation which surrounds the appliance.
