	Since 1901, the South Market has been known for the variety and freshness of its fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, grains and baked goods. To continue the tradition of delivering good food with great taste, the St. Lawrence Market has created a new space that will excite your taste buds and reveal your flair for fare - The Market Kitchen, featuring Celebrity Chef series, hands-on cooking classes, interactive demonstrations and dinner packages. The Market Kitchen is a chef's dream kitchen - equipped with Miele appliances that are at the leading edge in design and technology.

	The Charles MacPherson Academy offers courses in Butling and Household Management. The facility is the first of its kind in North America. The inter-disciplinary coursework is set so that all teachers have a framework and guideline to ensure consistency in standards and objectives. The Academy trains its students using an assortment of Miele laundry systems including Honeycomb washing machines, tumble dryers and rotary irons to ensure they are trained on the very best.

	Everyone working on the ATELIERS & SAVEURS team are professionals in the restaurant industry. The three founders came together after spending time gaining experience and knowledge in the industry; many years behind a bar, in a kitchen and managing some of the greatest establishments in Canada and abroad. Today, they wish to share their combined experiences with you, through the many activities proposed to you by ATELIERS & SAVEURS.
