	Everyone working on the ATELIERS & SAVEURS team are professionals in the restaurant industry. The three founders came together after spending time gaining experience and knowledge in the industry; many years behind a bar, in a kitchen and managing some of the greatest establishments in Canada and abroad. Today, they wish to share their combined experiences with you, through the many activities proposed to you by ATELIERS & SAVEURS.
	The Charles MacPherson Academy offers courses in Butling and Household Management. The facility is the first of its kind in North America. The inter-disciplinary coursework is set so that all teachers have a framework and guideline to ensure consistency in standards and objectives. The Academy trains its students using an assortment of Miele laundry systems including Honeycomb washing machines, tumble dryers and rotary irons to ensure they are trained on the very best.
	With a keen eye for detail and a well-developed palate, Chef Poyan is passionate about sharing his expertise and well rounded knowledge. Product and menu development, food styling, kitchen organization and management are some of the areas on to which Chef Poyan has been focusing on during his own culinary journey. With these acquired skills and a determination to see the industry grow, Chef Poyan is excited to offer his services.
	Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) is the national advocacy association for the interior design profession. Founded in 1973, IDC's mandate is to provide a unified voice to advance the profession and educate the public about interior design. IDC represents the membership of seven provincial and one provisional association. In total, we represent more than 3,500 members including fully qualified interior designers, intern/provisional members (who have yet to pass their exams), student, educator and retired members. Our members work globally in all areas of design including corporate/commercial, institutional, retail, hospitality, health care, and residential.
