A HEPA filter and complete 'direct connect' system, that delivers required electrical power from your fingertips to the powerbrush, allows for unsurpassed flexibility, convenience and filtration.
Our Monte Verde had a facelift! We gave it a beautiful new gold metallic paint finish and called it Miele Classic. The 'Classic' features a 'direct connect' wand, electric hose and SEB217-2 powerhead. It is powered by +/- foot controls and a HEPA filter is packed in the box. Miele Classic delivers a comprehensive array of features.
When cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting of medium- or high-pile, it is necessary to use a vacuum cleaner with a motorized powerbrush. The S514 Solaris Electro Plus is packaged with an electric hose, 'direct-connect' wand and Miele's mid-size powerbrush (SEB 217-2 Powerbrush) which provides the consistent agitation required to separate carpet fibers and allow dirt and debris to be effectively removed. The electric hose directly connects to the canister, with no exterior wires showing and has a convenient 360° swivel. The Parquet Floor Tool, with its thick, natural bristles is also included with this unit to clean and protect smooth-floor surfaces, such as hardwood, marble or tile.
The S528 Filtration Guard is a high performance vacuum cleaner with three components to help you put a stop to allergies before they even start: First, a powerful motor to create the suction that lifts even microscopic particles off floors, out of deep carpets and even finer fabrics like mattress covers an pillow cases. As second, an absolutely air-tight construction and hose connection to ensure that every bit of air that's sucked in travels through the filter system and surrenders its whole load of microscopic particles before leaving the vacuum. As third, An ultra high-performance filter system. It consists of a sequence of filters: the dustbag, the motor filter and and the HEPA filter, which is so fine that it traps 99.9% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.
Pet hairs that are vacuumed up may sit in the cleaner's dustbag for several weeks, and they can begin to smell quite badly. The Miele Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner is specially fitted with an Active Charcoal Filter which represents a blessing for sensitive noses. The active charcoal filling ensures that any smell arising from the contents of the dustbag is absorbed before it leaves the cleaner, and that the exhaust air is always fresh. To carefully and effectively clean all hard, smooth flooring surfaces like wood, tile or marble, a Parquet Tool with soft bristles and non-marring rubber wheels is also provided. To compliment the three, on-board accessory tools, Cat & Dog contains a handheld Turbobrush that makes detail grooming of upholstery and tight spaces easy.
