The experience continued with an intimate conversation between Danny and Jacob Richler, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Canada’s 100 Best, as they explored the intersections of food, culture, and what makes Le Violon a true reflection of Montreal’s vibrant culinary scene.
The evening was further elevated by a signature cocktail created by Hugo Togni of Canada’s Best Bar, alongside curated wine pairings from the Gibson Family Group - a perfect complement to the flavours of the evening.
