In the Miele vacuum sealing drawer the oxygen and air are extracted from the vacuum bags. This process allows for longer storage of food and also the perfect preparation for sous-vide cooking in the steam oven. A choice of three vacuum sealing settings is available to suit your needs. Setting 3 is good for marinated meat, setting 1 is perfect for delicate food such as berries.
