    The Miele steam combination oven fulfils all your cooking needs. As a fully fledged steam oven, it has all the benefits as described in the section on steam ovens. It is also equipped with various oven functions. It is available with a choice of cabinet size and offers Fan plus as well as operating modes such as Conventional heat, Intensive bake and Grill. Oven functions are exhibited excellently in combination cooking - a combination of moisture and convection heat for perfect results, particularly when baking and roasting.

    Miele steam systems and technologies

    Always the perfect result

    Unlike other systems, the steam is generated outside the oven cavity in Miele steam ovens. This offers considerable advantages for the cooking process: ideal steam quantity, optimum temperature, volume-independent cooking times as well as rapid heating. The incoming steam completely fills the oven cavity and displaces the oxygen. This ensures that the food looks as good after the steaming process as it did before. And because limescale cannot build up in the oven, cleaning is quick and easy.
