Customer Service Representative

We require customer service professionals who are dedicated to improving customer relationships and maintaining our commitment to service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Must be Bilingual – French/English
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Call Centre experience an asset, but not a must
  • Professional attitude with excellent attendance record
  • Must have excellent computer skills (word, excel, lotus notes)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and like working in a team environment
  • Flexible – We are currently recruiting for 2 different shifts.

1)  8:30am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

2)  11:30am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, however you may be required to work other shifts as required.

We offer a competitive salary plus bonuses, full benefits and company paid RRSP plan.
