Neat laundry and gleaming dishes every time

Your professionalism is challenged anew every day. Both in economic decisions as well as in the practical aspects of ensuring top-class hospitality. Uncompromising cleanliness and hygiene are the cornerstones in this. And the prerequisites are naturally that not only the background processes for the reprocessing of glasses and cutlery in the kitchen and bar areas run 100% smoothly, but that the processes for your laundry care do too. Miele Professional has earned itself an outstanding reputation in the area of dish and fabric care.
Sparkle with Miele Professional
Offer your guests perfect hospitality with the PG 8061 from Miele Professional. As well as the perfect cleaning of glasses and cutlery which renders manual repolishing unnecessary, the PG 8061 is also suited to the cleaning of tableware.
Unique fresh water system
By changing the water between individual program stages, the Miele fresh water system guarantees a consistently high cleaning quality throughout the entire period of operation, which no other system can.

Water processing – for perfect wash results
The composition of the water is crucial to the results when cleaning glasses and cutlery. Tap water is generally good quality, however the chemical composition varies.

The hardness components contained in the water such as calcium and magnesium salts can leave unsightly streaks and calcium deposits on glasses and cutlery. For optimum results it is therefore recommended that the water is partially or completely demineralized.

The results are brilliant glasses and spotless cutlery – and all without repolishing!
Partial and complete demineralization
Partial demineralization:
With partial demineralization, the particles that cause calcium deposits are removed. Ion exchange is used to reduce the salt content of the water. The result: Almost residue-free wash results.

Complete demineralization:
With complete demineralization, all salts and minerals are removed from the water. The salt content of the water is virtually zero. Glasses and cutlery are left residue-free after cleaning. Subsequent polishing is no longer necessary.
