Fault code 0/We have a technical problem

When the domestic appliance is selected, the Miele app displays the message We have a technical problem and the Fault code 0.

The domestic appliance has lost its connection to the Wi-Fi.

If the connection is continuously interrupted, it can take up to 10 minutes for the Miele app to display the Not connected status for the domestic appliance.

Wait 10 minutes until the message changes from We have a technical problem to Not connected.

If the fault occurs regularly, check the signal strength between the Wi-Fi and your domestic appliance.
