The TwinDos data in the Miele app is out of date.
Switch on the washing machine.
Open the Miele app.
Check that the washing machine is displayed as On on the dashboard.
Select a wash program but do not start it.
Remove the first TwinDos cartridge.
Wait 5 seconds.
Reinsert the first TwinDos cartridge.
If a message appears on the display, confirm it.
Remove the second TwinDos cartridge.
Wait 5 seconds.
Reinsert the second TwinDos cartridge.
If a message appears on the display, confirm it.
TwinDos has been reconfigured. The TwinDos fill levels are displayed again in the Miele app. TwinDos can now be selected again when choosing a program.
