What temperature should I use for AirFry? (H 2xxx)

Handling and cooking food correctly is essential for maintaining good health.

Food such as cakes, pizzas, and French fries should be cooked until golden, not dark brown.

The recommended temperature for the AirFry  operating mode (H 2xxx ovens) is 375°F/190°C. You can change the recommended temperature in a range of 85–500°F (30–250°C).
Change the recommended temperature according to the information in the recipe or the cooking chart in the latest operating instructions.
For frozen/convenience products, follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging. Use the lower of the recommended temperatures on the packaging.

Example temperature settings:

  • French fries, frozen: 355–375°F/180–190°C

  • Potato croquettes, frozen: 355–375°F/180–190°C

  • Fish sticks, frozen: 430–445°F/220–230°C

  • French fries, fresh: 430°F/220°C

  • Chicken thighs, fresh (wire rack on universal tray): 375–390°F/190–200°C

  • Chicken nuggets, fresh: 410 F/210°C
