Con@ctivity inoperative
Con@ctivity does not work or is unreliable.
The Con@ctivity 3.0 function is not activated at the ventilation hood.
Activate the Con@ctivity function as follows:
Press the Delayed shut-down button for 10 seconds.
Press the − button or the 1 button twice.
Press the Lighting button.
If the LED is flashing, Con@ctivity is switched off.
To activate the Con@ctivity function, press the + or the IS button.
Subsequently, the LED or LEDs must light up.
Press the Delayed shutdown button to save the activated setting.
Failed to set up the Con@ctivity function at the cooktop.
The cooktop and the ventilation hood are connected to Wi-Fi and linked to a Miele user account.
Remove both appliances from the Miele app.
Close the Miele app completely.
Start the Miele app.
The cooktop and the ventilation hood must be recognized as newly found Miele appliances.
Connect both appliances to the Miele user account using the add to your appliances button.
Wait 15 minutes.
The Con@ctivity function is now set up.
The cooktop and the ventilation hood are not using the same Wi-Fi access point (AP).
For example, the cooktop is connected to the Wi-Fi router and the ventilation hood is connected to the Wi-Fi repeater. Not all routers or repeaters support the communication necessary for Con@ctivity.
Make sure that the cooktop and the ventilation hood are always connected to the same Wi-Fi access point (AP).
