Low-temperature time display changes

The time display changes in the Low-temperature program.

The heating-up time is added to the set cooking duration.

Low-temperature cooking | Control panel | Gourmet warming drawer1 hour | Cooking duration | Slow roasting

When you select your desired cooking duration in the “Slow roasting” program (e.g., 1 hour), the heating-up time of 15 minutes is automatically added to the cooking duration in the background.

If you open the Gourmet warming drawer during the heating-up phase, you will interrupt the heating-up time. The heating-up phase is extended by a further heating-up time. The Gourmet warming drawer also adds this delay to your desired cooking duration.

2 hours | Cooking duration | Slow roasting

The time display then automatically jumps forward 1 hour and remains at this cooking duration during the entire heating-up phase.

1 hour | Cooking duration | Low-temperature cooking

After the end of the heating-up phase, the time display readjusts to the cooking duration you have set. The “Slow roasting” program continues with the cooking duration you have set.
