The small pipe in the detergent drawer onto which the cap is placed is blocked.
Pull out the detergent drawer until a resistance is felt.
Press down the release button and pull the detergent drawer completely out of the machine.
Clean the detergent drawer with warm water, paying particular attention to the small pipe.
