There is a technical fault.
Switch the washing machine/washer-dryer off.
If possible, disconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer from the power supply by unplugging it.
Reconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer to the power supply.
Switch the washing machine/washer-dryer on.
Restart the program.
If the fault persists, please contact Miele Service or book a repair appointment online.
If the washing machine/washer-dryer has a single-line display, press the V sensor control so that the fault code appears on the display. Always give Miele Service the fault code when you get in touch.
