Integrated water softener

Clean results

Minerals in tap water can interfere with the cleaning process and cause deposits to form on instruments and in the machine. Miele washer-disinfectors and laboratory glassware washers are fitted ex works with a water softener which removes the bulk of ions that cause water hardness from the tap water. For very hard tap water and in practices with a high volume of instruments, an additional, complete demineralization of the water may be worthwhile.
DryPlus

For perfect drying results

The hot air drying feature DryPlus is the perfect solution for hollow instruments or glassware. The upstream H13 HEPA filter ensures optimum particle separation from the drying air. The filter can be easily accessed from the front of the machine.
Crevice-free wash cabinet

Seamlessly welded

The wash cabinet developed by Miele Professional sets new hygiene standards. Crevice-free, it is welded using laser technology and its smooth joins stop dirt deposits from building up. This prevents the adhesion of blood and other soiling. An additional level of hygiene is achieved by installing the heater elements outside the wash cabinet.
Conductivity monitoring

Safety through controls

Residues from chemical agents during the final rinse phase can compromise the reprocessing result. Conductivity monitoring of the wash water facilitates the detection of such residues and their reduction to a defined level through further rinsing. This means that the reprocessing is more reliable, more resource-friendly and also reproducible.
Spray arm monitoring

Safety through controls

For optimum reprocessing results, the rotation speed of the spray arms must always be within a prescribed interval. Through the contact-free monitoring of all machine and basket spray arms, problems such as the build-up of foam or an obstructing load item can be detected early on. As a result, spray arm monitoring contributes to the reliable reproduction of the validated reprocessing quality.
Spray arm pressure monitoring

Safety through controls

A variety of factors, such as a faulty basket connection or an excessive build-up of foam, can lead to a reduction in the wash pressure. Monitoring the wash pressure in the washer-disinfector or laboratory glassware washer guarantees optimum process operations, so that the machine always produces reliable reprocessing results.
