Miele Canada was established in 1989. Our Headquarters are located in Vaughan, Ontario, just north of Toronto. We have Miele Centres located across the country in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal.

For more than thirty years, Canadians have enthusiastically embraced Miele’s high quality products on the market. Today, Miele is widely accepted as Canada’s premium supplier of high-end domestic appliances and commercial equipment and respected for its quality and customer care.

With the exception of vacuum cleaners, Miele sell their domestic appliances direct to consumers through carefully selected Miele Chartered Agents, chosen for their advocacy and adherence to the Miele philosophy of ‘forever better’. Miele vacuum cleaners are available exclusively through selected Miele Authorized Vacuum Dealers, whereas commercial equipment and the cleaning and disinfecting range are sold both direct to the end consumer and through selected specialised partners.

Miele operates its own service organization from their premises in all provinces and, in addition, have appointed service agents who attend regular training sessions to ensure a high service standard is maintained at all times. The growth of Miele in Canada has led to the establishment of Miele Experience Centres  – Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto (Vaughan), Yorkdale and Montreal  – where customers are invited to explore, experience and purchase the largest selection of Miele appliances first-hand in a relaxed and inviting environment. Miele also offers a series of cooking classes, specialty events and demonstrations that bring the Miele experience to life.

The Miele motto of ‘forever better’ is stringently applied to everything Miele approaches; not only to the Miele product itself, but also to the standard of customer service and the personal conviction of Miele employees across Canada.
