Stacked Blueberry Pancakes

Savour the delightful fusion of sweet and tangy blueberries in every thick and airy pancake.

Indulge in the warmth of these delightful pancakes, perfect with your favourite syrup or a dollop of whipped cream. Elevate your breakfast experience by combining the cozy feeling of home with the sweetness of blueberries.


1 ½ cup all-purpose flour 
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk 
1 egg 
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted 
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen



  1. Combine and whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Ina separate measuring pitcher, whisk together the milk, egg and 1 tbsp of melted butter.
  3. With a fork, roughly mix the milk mixture into the flour fixture.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat on the Induction Cooktop. Brush the pan with melted butter and drop a ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the pan and stud the pancakes with a few blueberries.
  5. Cook the pancakes on power level 7 for 3 - 4 minutes until bubble form and settle, then flip over and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
