Miele Culinary Expert


Stuart Kirton hails from Calgary, Alberta, and began his gastronomic journey by studying culinary arts in Italy before returning to Canada. Specializing in fresh, local ingredients, Stuart enjoys sharing his tips and expertise with the community.  He loves to create authentic dishes from around the world and share them with Canadian home cooks.

 

Chef Carlos Ampa -
Miele Culinary Expert

Carlos Ampa is a graduate of Humber College in Toronto, and is passionate about gastronomy and restaurant operations. Carlos has honed his skills across Ontario and  in Sydney, Australia. He is a seasoned professional who has channelled his passion into his own culinary venture, Cheftacular, specializing in artisanal sauces and marinades. In 2023, he launched mobile food trailer La Plancha, which offers a distinctive take on street food.
