Whether feeding a crowd or keeping things low-key, this Beef Chili recipe will take your spread to the next level.

Cook up a hearty beef chilli on your Miele Cooktop, with tender meat and bold spices. Enjoy it on its own, or pour it over nachos or fries for a perfect Super Bowl snack.

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs. lean ground beef
2 white onions diced.
3 red bell peppers diced.
3 stalks celery diced.
3 cans kidney beans
2 cans diced tomatoes.
3 cans crushed tomatoes.
3 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Smoked paprika.
2 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp ancho chili powder
3 tbsp Dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt/ pepper  
Water 

 

Preparation:

  1. In a large pot at a medium to high heat, add olive oil and cook beef till brown. Drain some of the fat if there is any.
  2. Add onions to pot and sweat for about 5 mins.
  3. Add spices, celery, and bell peppers and cook for another 5 mins.
  4. Once all vegetables are added to the pot, add the diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
  5. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 20 mins. Tip: if chili is too thick, add water or beef stock to adjust consistency.
