The Miele Canada booth at IDS20 is excited to be showing the North American debut of the world’s first automatic detergent dispensing dishwasher with AutoDos/Powedisk.
The Generation 6000 EcoFlex dishwashers were launched in April 2016 and made an impact globally with its innovative functions and great consumer benefits. To allow Miele to build on its success and to address consumers' needs even more comprehensively in the future, the product line-up was due for a change.
With this in mind, state-of-the-art technology was developed for the all-new Generation 7000 models, paving the way for exciting innovations. G 7000 dishwashers does not represent simple updates from the previous generation – instead it is a true evolution in washing technology, consumer convenience and cleaning results. Generation 7000 Dishwashers feature a ground-breaking innovation: new automatic dispensing AutoDos with integrated PowerDisk. This feature provides consumers with superior cleaning performance and unique levels of freedom.
The G7000 dishwasher combines Miele innovation and Miele quality that is the cornerstone of our brand. The specially designed PowerDisk ensures that your dishes, cutlery and glassware are sparkling clean with the right amount of detergent every time. If you select an auto programme from the dishwasher’s menu, the amount of detergent that is dispensed during a cycle will depend on how dirty your plates, pots and pans are and on the amount of dishware loaded into the dishwasher.
The redesigned FlexLine baskets are zone-oriented for intuitive loading for all dish types and sizes, along with additional connectivity via the Miele@mobile app and new user interfaces that are more intuitive, Miele has once again revolutionized the dishwasher appliance category.
Last year, MasterCool II officially launched during IDS19 demonstrating the evolution of the Miele refrigeration series with new models and new features. The design of the new generation MasterCool has been further enhanced by adding a metallic look to the rear panel of the interior cabinet and the inner door face. This facilitates cleaning and supports perfect, glare-free illumination. This lighting concept on the MasterCool uses narrow LED light strips, which flood the cabinet with light. MasterCool II also has the Push2Open or Pull2Open selections to keep on point with the handleless trend in kitchens and living rooms while making it easier for consumers to open the door. All MasterCool II generation will be WiFi enabled and accessible through the Miele@Home app, allowing temperature changes and activation of rapid cooling and freezing functions to be performed from the convenience of an app. Similarly, warning notifications, as an example the door alarm, are relayed straight to a smartphone if the refrigerator door in inadvertently left open.

We therefore provide you with the best cleaning and care performance with optimum gentle care of your fabrics. The Miele W1 washing machine with the Miele exclusive TwinDos is the first automatic two-phase precision detergent dispensing system. This feature operates in two stages with the UltraPhase1 removing soiling while the UltraPhase 2, a detergent enhancer containing oxygen bleach, is used to remove stubborn stains, such as red wine or coffee. Each phase dispenses separately the proper amount of liquid based on load size, type of fabric and programmed level of soiling and staining. Using the two phases, TwinDos is able to keep colors from fading while keeping white clothes bright and crisp.
