Comprehensive inspection in accordance to Miele appliance-specific service plan

Reading of error memory
Preventative exchange of defined parts subject to wear and tear (Service kit)
If necessary, carry out repairs or further services
If additional repair work should prove to be necessary, this is billed separately according to time and expense
Miele deals with time schedule monitoring in order to guarantee that the maintenance work is carried our regularly
Travel charges are not included.

Complete

Complete is Miele's peace-of-mind solution, it includes all the costs for any repairs that are necessary in addition to the Prevent services.

Comprehensive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance checklist
Preventive exchange of defined parts subject to wear and tear (Service Kit)
Offer for further care and maintenance measure
Service costs such as labour and parts needed in addition to the Prevent Service will be covered.
Carry out the preventive tests necessary for the respective Miele appliance
Travel charges are not included.
