Miele service contracts

Individual service contracts, maintenance, inspections etc.
are services that Miele can offer.

In order for all the costs to remain calculable, we also offer you a full protection plan, which includes all repair costs.

Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM)

Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM)

PM includes the following:

  • Extensive maintenance based on specific Miele service plan for the model concerned by certified technician
  • Inspection including comparison of actual and target values
  • Detailed assessment and documentation of technical state of repair
  • Preventative exchange of defined parts subject to wear and tear
  • Monitoring of machine maintenance status
  • Temperature validation up to disinfection step with certified data logger (for washer-disinfector)
  • Dosing pumps calibration
  • Relevant machine safety checks

Exclusions:

Travel charges to site

Any labour and/or parts required for replacement outside of the supplied Service Kit

Full Protection Plan (FPP)

Full Protection Plan (FPP)

FPP includes the following:

  • Annual inspection (or every 1,000 hours / 2,000 hours for large chambers) of the machine, including preventative maintenance (PM) work and, if necessary, repairs (some restrictions apply – see contract for details)
  • Miele will arrange an appointment time to suit you.

  • Thorough testing of machine functions during scheduled service

  • Documented results of the testing using standard protocol
  • Test report

FPP expires after 12 months or the specified number of cycles - whichever comes first - see contract details.

Appliance is required to meet manufactures specifications before commencement of the FPP, an inspection is required.

Any necessary repairs will be completed and invoiced to the customer prior to commencement of FPP.

Only appliances under 10 years of age or the applicable number of cycles/hours are eligible for FPP coverage.
